Function

1.Collection and monitoring of electrical parameters, communicate with PLC, count the power consumption of equipment, monitor the operation of current, voltage and power, and send out alarm signals in time.

2.4-20mA sensor signals are isolated by 3KV and output 4-20mA signals, which are transmitted to PLC system to collect non electrical signals such as temperature, pressure, speed, progress, vibration, etc. on site. Standard DIN 35mm guide rail installation is adopted, which has the advantages of small size, convenient installation, easy networking, etc.

3.Manage the motors used on site, sample the real-time operation status of the motor, and protect the motor from overload and short circuit fault during use. In case of short circuit fault, the timely alarm model and power off action will be sent.
